Shipping Policy

At Clartelle, we want your new lighting to arrive safely and on time. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 15–30 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Larger or made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer — any expected delays will be noted on the product page.

Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more. Orders under $100 USD incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We also ship to select international destinations; shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at braithannan@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
